Hey Everybody! Merry Christmas and I hope you’re all having a great time!

I got an awesome light bar for Christmas and will be mounting it to my bull bar. Any suggestions on how to run the wires so that they are hidden well? It seems like options are limited to running them straight out of the grill to the lights or zip-tying them along the bull bar itself. Suggestions and pics would be appreciated!!

take the grille off and zip tie to lower cross beam. you can then route the wire behind the driver's side head light and into the engine bay.

Thanks guys but my question is really in regards to how I’m going to run the wire once it leaves the truck to get to the bull bar mounted light. I have no problem at all running the wire from the battery to the cab and to the front of the engine compartment.

take the grille off. once you leave the battery, route down between batter and the headlight. there are two support beams that run in front of the radiator. route wire from behind headlight to lower support beam. zip tie to beam. you can then drop down behind the bumper to your bull bar. connect to light bar.

Did you then zip tie the wire along the bull bar up to the light?

i don't have a bull bar, aftermarket bumper with a light bar. after following the cross beam, i was able to route the wire under the grille. dug through my build thread and found this picture.

passenger side of the light bar you can see the wire. the cross beam runs along the bottom of the grille area. you may be able to come out around the same place for your wiring.
