Weathertech Contacts?

Do we have any weathertech contacts here?

I ordered two Cupfone things back on the 16th, paid freakin' 60 bucks to get 3 day shipping as I wanted them for Christmas. I checked status today, they still haven't shipped.

I get that it's the shipping season but I figure if they were charging me $60 just to ship, it would get some priority.

I ordered some stuff from Bestbuy and they let me know it's been delayed, that's cool, just let me know. But their shipping is free.

Trying not to be impatient or "that guy" but this is one of the few things my wife ask for for Christmas (I'm a lucky man, she doesn't like jewelry) and I really hope to have it here for her.

Well I got ship info today, they will be here Friday. I could have paid ground shipping and come out the same. Oh well, lesson learned.

 

I send email on Sat, you'd think I get a response Monday. I was crazy to pay $60 to start with, for 2 cupfones??

 

I got a couple of other things she wanted and then some, I'll sand bag this one and let it be a surprise on Friday, points will be earned...

 

Well I'll be damned. Fedex just dropped Weathertech box off and guess who intercepted it...
OK I take back the bad thoughts I had on this.

 

Same thing happened with my floor mats w weathertech. Wife ordered them and FedEx lost them then weathertech sent the wrong set out to replace . Service with them sucks as does FedEx. Badass mats though.

 

Yeah they should work on their communication.

 

How did you like the CupFone? Does it fit well in the 3rd most forward cup holder?
