    Hey crew,
I know there is quite of few of you that smoke meat. I have been making venison sausage with my family for a few years now my uncle has been doing it 20+years. Last year we did about 225 lbs of sausage. My uncle converted an old pop machine into a smoker but I am looking for my own large smoker either chunk wood ,charcoal wood mix or pellet smoker that wont break the bank. I currently have a GMG Daniel Boone pellet grill smoker and a master built sportmans 30 electric but I feel they are not big enough to do 50-100 lbs. Vertical or cabinet smoker? Any thoughts or experiences would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

I'm gonna need a few links sent to me to eat I can recommend a good smoker. The right smoker will depend on the casing, fat content, spices, etc. So I need to try so I can give me recommendations :D
