    Oh one or two.
Looks awesome I love my D2's in my Tacoma but there is no way you could use those as fog lights unless your on a road all alone! My D2's will blind you from a mile away.

without question. i do a fair amount of driving outside of the city so these were exactly what i needed. i think those that are hellbent on running them on all the time know to buy the SAE ones.

Yep That what I do with mine nice on a dark road with no one around. I've got a 17,000lm spot in the bumper as well damn traffic signs reflect back and blind me!

I've been considering that kind of setup, but am worried about glare if I have the foglight on. Are you getting any angry-flashes with these, or are they mounted low enough to avoid such?

There is no way you can run the D2's with oncoming traffic they won't even be able to drive. They are off road use only or in our case when no one is around.

I like to keep the fogs on all the time so I guess it's SAE if I go that route.

Nice to hear some feedback on the SAE's. Lots of $$$, they better be worth it!

    I just received these: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JRYH50I/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I've installed LED driving/DTRLs on my Victory bikes. While they typically don't have the reflectors right (setting up for incandescent wont work on LED sources) they're bright as hell to look at. I'm hoping the Hellas are more useful for night driving. Build quality seems excellent, included wiring harness looks near idiot proof- in fact, takes too many options off the table. I'll post when I get them installed.

Got 'em mounted and powered. Not aimed, and the switch needs to change out to a standard that fits in the extra slots on the dash. I will say they are an ironclad bitch to install on the bull bar...

And ya, I understand blacked out is the current trend for all things bad ass, and this Tundra is damned shiny against that trend. My bikes are the same way. I'm Old school that way, even to my cowboy cadillac..

No issues with the D2 wattage and factory wiring? I ask because Rigids website does not really specify clearly the D2 output. When looking at one lamp it states 34.5watts/2.5amps. When looking at a set it doesn't state 70watts total....so doea anyone which it is?

If its 34.5 total, then factory wiring should have no issue as stock lamps are 19watts each.

no issues whatsoever a year later. only thing that has changed since is the addition of a 32 inch lightbar on its own separate wiring and switch.

Don't think I ever updated this. Ended up with the Baja Squadron sport and pocket kit with Combo lenses but currently converting to the wide angle lenses. They are bright!

I do not with the bajas. Too bright. Was hoping to add the wide angle lenses and use them more however.

It's the combo lens. In that picture it's aimed pretty low.
