    I shoved 2 onion chunks, 2 lemon chunks, a big sprig each of sage, rosemary, and oregano, a chopped jalapeño and chopped garlic into the cavities. Laid out on a bed of little 'taters and celery, poured a cup of turkey stock into the pan and sprinkled olive oil, chili powder, salt, & pepper on the birds.
    Just went in the oven!
