I've replaced the Timing belt, water pump, the temp sending unit, the plugs, fuel pump and screen, fuel filter, now the radiator and thermostat, burped it, no air trapped in the block. Drove it from the shop, about 20 minutes, no thermostat in it right now, ran way cool. Letting it cool down and reinstalling the thermostat. Hopefully it will stay cool. Any suggestions

Yes, exactly my thought, it seemed good when we had the radiator out, nice and tight

Well guys its be confirmed, head gasket is bad, the lower radiator hose was holding pressure, without a thermostat. The good news is that I found a 120k mile donor for 1700 installed, 6 month warranty
