This is where I'm having a problem, my wife thinks the factory front bumper is fine even with it being bent in on the passenger side by about an inch and a half. Stock rear bumper is a piece of tinfoil and I'd like to replace it too and all the while keep peace on the home front. If I could sell the 87' Samurai I might get enough for front bumper. Meanwhile I'll just have to live with the bumpers I have and appreciate the fact that at least I have a nice Tundra with a great engine.

Ha, nice. the hood side lights were the first thing I thought of adding along with rear lights. Still on the fence with front lights other than adding fog lights.

Where did you get your A pillar brackets? I like the dual set up and am looking to do that.

Agreed ;) the Aluminess bumper comes in second IMO, would’ve likely ordered it if this one wasn’t available but I would’ve winced paying for it...

Specs say it’s 141 lbs. I’ve seen the Victory and it’s a contender too but honestly, I want to spend that money on shocks first before a bumper. Bumper may not happened until it’s paid off, trying to not do a ton of unnecessary stuff to it until I own it fully. Please post up a pic once you get it on.

I want a bumper for deer/animal collision protection mostly. Needs to look good yes but also needs to be stout

That’s lighter than I figured it’d be. I did things the way you are, still had a note on it when I did suspension. Now that mine’s paid off I can do some of the extra things. I ordered the Victory 4x4 because it provides good protection, doesn’t weigh a ton and will help me clear 35’s for my next set of tires.

After look for a minimalist plate bumper I'm pretty certain I like the Demello the most, but I don't have access to look at them in person where I live. Curious why you're getting rid of it. Quality? Aesthetics? Function? Winch compatibility?

The only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I am just looking for something different in the build. Wanna change things up. The bumper has been on for about 3 years and still looks like its brand new. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it. I have baja designs sports in it as well as a smittybilt winch in which I have had no problems with light output from the positioning of lights as well as function of the winch. Demello is very reputable on how they build their bumpers

ARB Saraha bumper with the optional bull-bar. I have my bull bar installed backwards though, the grill would hit the bar if installed as directed. I kind of like the way it looks leaning forward better anyway. At first I didn’t like how it’s a foot long. Now that it’s on 37s it still looks proportionate imo. I use it for a seat when I’m working under the hood, and love that I’d mow a moose down. :)

Oh the bumper 10 years old and needs to be refinished badly. FYI :hattip:

Nice color and I love seeing the monikers removed. I'd think with it sticking out, would help when running over or pushing down pucker brush and big bushes so they don't contact the hood and grill.

I hate to say it, but I don't think C4 will be doing one for a 2nd gen, if they haven't already. They have one for the 3rd gen...

However, why get one that other people will have and not have Bash Fabrication build you a custom one!!WhooaaBlackBetty (2).jpg
