They have top notch customer support. Detailed image is just as good. Most detailing suppliers and manufacturers really do anything they can to help the consumer.

100% of the ones I’ve bought from have at least above average service.

90% for me but really I shouldnt even count scott at DPC, he and his business is a joke. I'm almost over that whole thing, almost.

Marquez emailed me today and is sending me new ORN, and some extras free, and rush shipping for being helpful in finding out about the steel mixing ball in the solutions finish. He said me asking about it and talking to SF about it, likely saved them hours of customer service work down the road because now they will know and tell people about the steel ball.

Beat deal around for MF detergent 3D Kleen is $17/gallon from autopia, I used a coupon to get this gallon for $12.

Also got the Lake Country big blue wash sponge. Will try it with rinseless washes. It has similar reviews to the Opt Big Red but is $5 instead of $20. Figured its worth a shot.

Autopia also had a great deal on a 6 pack of Lake Country pads. I got their newer thin foam to try. 3 orange heavy polish/light cut, and 3 green light polish/finishing/AIO pads. 6 pads for $20 was too good to pass up. I also ordered some LC MF pads thru autogeek yesterday. I am now fully loaded with 5.5 and 6.5 pads. I changed to the 5" backing plate on my new G9 so I needed pads, I was lucky to find great deals.

Do you have a link for the pad(s) by chance? Maybe I missed it, or looking in the wrong spot, but they appear to be $45.

    Thanks

I remember you saying you were not impressed ,especially with the cost of that thing. This was $4 and I figure if it's no good on paint, specifically rinseless washes, I'll use it for wheels or something else.

EDIT: so the stuff arrived from eShine and all the towels came without packaging stuffed in a single bag. The Swissvax brush came with goop stuck to it from a sticker someone peeled off it... If you compare that to how things came from prodetailingsupplies.ca it's not even a comparason:

So, likely sticking to the latter next time.

You could certainly use other stuff, but I was impressed with the first product I tried. You can also get some deals on a G9 with this stuff bundled.

I tried Griots Fast Correcting Cream recently. It worked better than any other compound I’ve tried, so I decided to try their other stuff. The Fast Correcting Cream is the most aggressive, followed by the other two. I plan to do my truck with the Perfecting Cream since it doesn’t need a lot of correction.

These and the pads are what Griots recommends with the G9, so I decided to try their system exclusively and see how it goes.

The Boss system is pretty darn good. The FCC is one of my favorites.
If you are doing a two step, FCC and then Perfecting cream will get you some amazing results.

I'm going to get the perfecting cream for a full correction next year. Not sure how aggressive I really need though, what would be considered to use an aggressive polish? I mainly have swirls you can see in the right light angles.

Always try the least aggressive product first. Try the Perfecting Cream with a polishing pad. If that doesn’t do it, switch to a more aggressive pad.

If that still isn’t working, try the Correcting Cream. You’ll have to go back over it with the Perfecting Cream after that.

Note: I’m only mentioning the Griots stuff, since that’s what you specifically asked about. It certainly isn’t the only good option.
