I’m a new comer. When I put it in 4hi I can hear it go in and light flashes. After about 3 seconds I hear it disengage and light flashes faster. And I never hear the front diff do nothing. I have took both hi and lo actuators apart and they look fine because looks like they have been took off before. And the front diff looks good to. I tested all motors and they operate. I would appreciate everyone’s help. Thanks

I have a similar problem with my 14. It will sound like it engages but just flashes until I go back to 2wd. However when I go to 4wd and restart engine, it will fully engage and work as it should until I go back to 2wd. Currently working on my issue, waiting on t case fluid to come in.

Could it be a relay, fuse, or module if so where do I look to find it. I’m confused. Has anyone had a wiring diagram on the 4wd system. And a diagram on the way the gears are supposed to be on both the hi and lo actuators. And is the actuator shafts need to be pushed all the way in toward the front of truck. Or can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

Thanks that’s a great video and looks like my shafts should be in the right position cause they should pull out away from transfer case.

Before I put the hi actuator back together I plugged it in to see if it operated and it did but light still flashed and it didn’t operate the the other way. It’s like it’s not communicating with the front diff.

Well I took the hi actuator apart again to see if I could move the rod that goes into the TC and it was hard to move and I noticed the rod was bent or the whole actuator case was so I loosened the case and put washers behind bottom left and know it will operate fully. So I put it back together and it operated but the front diff didn’t and it want disengage and the VSC off light is on.
