I ordered 2019 Pro LED headlight assemblies and LED fogs for my 2015 Pro.
Two boxes arrived, so I tore my truck down to install the new parts.
Got the left side installed and tested, worked great. On to the right side.
Opened the other box and it was also a left side headlight assy.
Made a phone call to the parts department at Cool Springs.
They were very kind and concerned about the mix up. Got the proper light out UPS to me by the next day. Very much appreciated guys.
And I'll be buying all my OEM parts from you.

Thank you for the kind words. I'm a customer too, so I know how it is to be all excited to get some shiny new parts installed on the vehicle, and something come in the mail either wrong or damaged. I take that stuff seriously, and try to help out as quickly as I can. I've been in those shoes, and have dealt with companies that drag their feet getting a replacement sent out, and it's frustrating.
