I got a quote today from a local shop for installation of Bilstein 5100's. They quoted me $294 with a alignment. Does that sound fair?

I'll be getting the 5100's myself. The $294 is just installation.

I thought it sounded good, not too expensive, especially with an alignment.

Even better. I initially thought front only which requires a spring compressor.

I paid $100 for the fronts plus alignment. Got a good deal. So for all 4 with align thats about right!

Yes, that's a fair price. I paid $330 (fronts only) with alignment at my local Toyota dealership.

How much did the Bilsteins cost?

Also, I don't know a whole lot about suspension, do you need new UCAs with something like that or is it just recommended?

I want to level my truck in the future.

Anyone can chime in. I just got an estimate from my local 4WPs for BFG K02 in 275/70/18 mounted and balanced, alignment and road warranty on all 4 tires. Also installing of Bilstein 5100s in the front only. Which I have already purchased the 5100s, wheels and lugs. And the estimate was almost $1800. Does that seem high?? I’m gonna get another quote from another local shop. I might just have them do the 5100s and get tires elsewhere. Or should I just get em done and not worry about it. Thanks folks!
