What a fantastic color! Isn't that the fastest color Toyota makes?

It is a great color! But yes fun fact, Toyota introduced the Super White, because they needed a clear victor in the "Fastest Color Toyota Makes" category. True Story

Got a little update on the truck today, all parts are in and they started install.

They told me it should all be finished up tomorrow, excited to pick!

    Thank you!

I am so stoked to pick it up, I got a decent mod list started. So hopefully, next year in Q1 or Q2 I will knock out the rest of the items and get the truck all dialed in.

Unfortunately, the truck did not get done Saturday.

But this week, they should get it all buttoned up. I did however, get an updated picture of it sitting on all 4's though.

Yeah, they are great people, I got my 17 Tundra from there as well. I always go through Carl Anderson, guy seriously goes above and beyond every time. I never lived in NC either, I just have him ship them to me. lol First one went to Chicago when I was living there, this one came out to me in Boise.

All suspension, wheels/tires, and AMP steps I am having one of my dealer partners install. Peterson Toyota, they are in Boise ID. Service Director is the man and knows his stuff. But the rest of the stuff I have done/ am doing myself.

Consider XPEL.com paint protection...I had XPEL installed on my 14 Platinum entire hood, fenders, bumper, head lights, mirror caps covered when I took delivery. Best mod to date. Toyota like other males...Toyota paint is thin...and will chip and scratch if you look at it wrong. I did OEM flares as well to keep the road rash off the doors and fenders....food for thought. You have chosen a pretty aggressive offset coupled with aggressive tires.

My Platinum with 85K on the odo..no chips, dings, scratches, no runs or errors. XPEL is expensive...but keeps paint looking new and worth it in my experience.
    Mod On!!

@Username Did you have the door handles painted? I have a 2020 Platinum too, and I got the color matched mirror caps but was waiting to see what I wanted to do with the door handles.

I looked into the paint route; however, I chose to have them wrapped. It was not only cheaper, but the process was a nightmare to have them painted. My buddy owns a wrap company and they are the shit, so I dropped them off and picked them up the same day, plus they turned out killer.

Its funny you say they that, I plan to have pretty much the whole truck done in Xpel's PPF sometime in Q1 of 2020. Just waiting on a time I can drop the truck off for a full week.

I really appreciate the advice though, solidifies my decision.

Good for you....You will be really glad you did XPEL paint protection. Make sure your installer is excellent and all into the the details of a super clean install. The installer I use is the best installer I have ever seen.
    Nice looking Tundra!

They do a great job, his best installer did my handles and I was really impressed. They use knife-less tape and lay out the whole truck with a 3D scanning.

Company is called Wildside Wraps in Idaho, owner is Troy.

Thanks, I’ll definitely look into having them wrapped. That looks great. I hadn’t taken mine apart yet, so now I know what the connector looks like too.

I've been looking for this answer all day and it appears I finally have it! So the 7 inch BDS kit will fit the 2020's I've been stressing over this, did your installers inform you of any trouble with fitment? When asking BDS if the 7 inch lift they have for 16-18 would fit a 2020 I didn't get a answer.

Bought a set of Platinum badges, had them painted satin black, pulled of the others and installed the painted ones.

Thanks for the info, I did the same, paint started chipping on mine so that's why I was curious.
