    @Prostar 190 here ya go buddy

    Bacon cheddar cheese burger.

    1/2 pound of 80/20 chuck. Seasoned with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder.
    Ciabatta roll with real butter and toasted on a griddle
    nice Smokey thin cut bacon
    Spicy brown mustard applied liberally
    one big green egg at 450
    Burger cooked for 5 minutes per side with the last 3 minutes of side 2 cooked with the vents on the egg shut off

    Twas mighty fine
