    Hi everyone,
I was swapping my headlights the other day, and I noticed there’s a plug wrapped in tape on the drivers side under the headlight and another one on the passenger side. Any ideas what are they for?

Only thing I can think of that would have been a factory option in that area would be fog lights. Does your truck have factory fogs?

Parking sensors maybe? Looks like a lot of wires in the harness

Did you check them for power? See if they come on when you turn on the headlights. Maybe it’s for DRL’s or something like it.

It does have fog lights and this plug splits from the fog harness.

I believe those go to the parking sensors in the bumper, but I'm not 100% sure. You should be able to follow the wires and see where they go.

Yep, what they said. There’s only two things that require electrical wiring below the headlights. Fog lights and parking sensors.
