Changing oil at 10k?

    Well, I drive my Tundra 20k+ miles per year and I do the 10k oil/filter change interval (unladen, freeway driving, rarely tow). OTOH, my wife has had a 2017 Sequoia for a little over two years and has only 14k on it. I did the first oil/filter at 10k miles but I think I will switch to an annual change even though she only goes about 7k per year.

    Prezactly right. You risk destroying your FFV engine if you don't change it at 5,000 WHEN YOU'RE RUNNING E85 ALL THE TIME.

    Yes. Any modern oil filter off the shelf will do 10,000 miles. Countless examples on BITOG.
