Looking at a supercharged 2015 Tundra. Do they come from the factory like this?

No, superchargers are an aftermarket addition, though Toyota made TRD superchargers (built by Magnusson) to add to their 5.7L engines.

TRD SC was discontinued is 2015, but by then then or earlier it could be an official Toyota add on. But this time though, it is irrelevant as a 2015 is beyond warranty.

How many miles on that 15? Does seller know when it was installed? If seller had it installed...by whom....?

No clue but see no reason why. I’m only 20k in though.

Hard to give a recommendation. Hell, we have a member that's installing a SC on a 275K+ mile Tundra.

Or, get screwed with it as Toyota won’t warranty it. You’re not original owner. Was it purchased and installed by Toyota? If so, when?

I'll have to find out about all this. I've only looked at it on cars.com. It looks to be in excellent shape.

Yeah clean from the outside but people who have superchargers aren’t likely to go easy on the skinny pedal.

OP not to deter you, but you sound like you’re just getting your feet wet. I recommend you look over everything inside and out with a fine tooth comb. Collect as much information as possible from the owner and 3rd parties such as Carfax. If not having done your homework, this could be an unexpected money pit.

Mine has 50k miles on it, just had it on a dyno and zero drop in performance. I'd say they're pretty reliable. Oh, and they're fun as hell.

You may want to verify how many miles are on the SC. I'm heavily into researching the Magnuson for myself and will install one in the near future.

There may be some maintenance due on the SC. I don't have a definitive answer yet but "believe" the SC has to be removed to be serviced (oil changed in it). This video confirms you have to "yank the supercharger off" but he attempts the oil change without doing it:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NkYCCvaoRM

Supercharger Belt / Part Number / Frequency changed
"The drive belt would be changed just the same as a factory drive belt, which is around 60,000 miles."

"For the systems we sell ourselves, we recommend that the supercharger oil is changed every 80,000 miles (Eaton specs the oil for 80-100,000 miles)"

Because of the location and hard to visually see the plug I would set my phone on Smart View then set it the proper position along with my 32" TV thats on the work bench. I belive you could pare it to another phone also.

This is what I got from Magnuson late last year.

Spark Plugs. Denso IKH 22 - every 30k

Belt Part # 79-08-11-024[Dan Bronsten] Yep that is our part number. The Dayco part number is 5081125, just in case you want to price shop. We are not the cheapest on belts.

SC Fluid/Oil - only after leak[Dan Bronsten] , correct the oil is self-contained and maintenance free. It would be very rare to have a leak.

Intercooler - every 100k[Dan Bronsten] , yes. Whenever you change the engine coolant. I would check the level of this fluid in the reservoir every oil change. That way you can make sure there are no leaks in the system at the various hose connections.
