I just got the ARB compressor. does anyone have any experience installing it on their truck?
I have never done it before and would love some guidance.

I went with Rago Fabrication's ARB compressor mount, under the hood.

Just did mine this weekend. I have a 09 SR5 so I had to switch to a 3rd gen air box with the dual compressor mount from Victory4x4.

I’m not running it for anything other than tire inflation so on one harness I only needed the black and purple wires hooked up to my spod bantam unit. On the other harness, you’ll have to splice together the red wires and splice the black wires to hook up to your battery.

Here’s a pic of mine semi installed before I had to run to autozone for bigger gauge battery connections that I didn’t have.

That’s the best spot to mount it, made my own bracket with some metal laying around. Couldn’t see paying 100 plus for it

Thanks a bunch for this suggestion. His stuff looks good and would much rather support here.

X2. Is a bit of a pain to get the fasteners in, just as he describes in the instructions…. Be patient, it will go! 100% worth it. Fit is great.

Four months of use, and still solid as a rock on the @Bannock452 mount. I use my compressor about once a week and still love the pump and the mount.

    Too many mods to come
I have mine installed under the driver seat out of the elements. Be sure to wire it with a nice relay etc.
