Remote Start: CrimeStopper. NEED HELP! Can't start truck

PM me if you can call me and help me troubleshoot. I've been trying to call their technical support line but it just keeps ringing.

 

Could be several things. Did you install a hood pin? If so close the hood and it should start. Check your fuses on the install. Also, check your valet button the remote start. Recheck all your connections. Did you connect the correct starter wires under the steering column? Hope you get it figured out.

 

I gave up on it. The install instructions were very vague on a few wires so I'm meeting up with a professional installer tomorrow.

Thanks. I talked to him a few times today. He said it would be a 'cake walk', which is exactly what I wanted to hear. The guys been doing it for over 20 years, thats why I'm paying him.
