Hi Everyone, I'm shopping for a new half ton (my family pretty much had an intervention for me regarding vacations in my 27 year old truck) and after several test drives of different models, I like the 2020 Tundra most. We have a '09 Sienna and the closest dealership has been generally very good. Their knowledge of Tundra models and packages, however, is not so great, so I'm left with some questions...

I'm struggling with identifying the specific build differences between the available packages for a Crew Max SB. Which get what model skid plates, which model shocks are included, what diameter sway bars - the nitty gritty details. Does anyone have a link to a really detailed resource they would please share? I've only found bits and pieces on the Toyota Canada website and I'm convinced the TRD packages have more features than the website's comparison chart identifies. The dealership mainly talked about different wheels and appearance packages.

All other things being equal, right now I'd probably buy the SX for what it lacks, but I also strongly doubt I've got all the info yet!

The one thing I noticed is the Toyota Canada website says the SX package adds fog lights and privacy glass but I can confirm that the SR5 (aka Standard Package) also includes those. The black grill on the SX does look nice but, since it's not available in MGM, it wasn't worth the $370 premium over the SR5 to me.

I believe the Toyota sway bars can be added to any model after the fact.

Thanks everyone, that brochure is exactly what I was looking for! I hadn't considered going to the Toyota US website, because I'd assumed the CDN site would have the same material. The CDN website only had the 2019 brochure (even with the 2020 model selected) and the dealer said their source for info was the same website I'd read through. I'll have to ask them what the standard model is here, in terms of the US models.

I was only considering SX for the fog lamps, so thank you for that info as well about the SR5 model! I'll double check what we get here in standard trim - if it has fog lights, my bet is that I'll end up with that model. Figure I will try to get a discount on an extended warranty with the cam tower issues

I believe what's called the "standard package" on the website is called the SR5 everywhere else. In fact, the 2020 I test drove had an SR5 badge on it.
