I checked the forums and found several about brake noises, but none that match my specific issue.

I have a 2019 crewmax 4 x 4, and within three months of buying the truck I began to notice a chirping noise from the rear when pressing the brakes moderately. There is no noise when just driving or when very lightly touching the brakes. The noise comes when pressure between lightly touching, as when you begin to slow down and pressing hard enough to finally stop at a sign or light. When finally pressing brakes harder the noise stops. I brought this to a dealer and after arguing with them they replaced the brake pads and rotors in the rear on both sides and the noise went away. Now, 4 months later, the noise is coming back from what sounds like the same location. As i said before, the noise is not a constant squeak like when driving the rust off first thing in morning after rain, but a chirp like a bird that slows as the car slows.

It could be the pad material or some buildup on the rotors. Do a few hard brakes. something to try ...
It may go away after a while.

How did the rotors look when they were changed them last time?

Dealer never showed me the rotors but it seems to be the same wheel both times. The sound is closest to the sound of worn brakes except the brakes have had less than 3k miles on them each time and i do not drive hard.

Could be build up of material or small rock/dust. Like said before try braking hard but do it in reverse (in safe area) to try dislodge it.
