Might want to 'have a word' with him.

Don't be afraid to block him off the road with your truck: I bet he's a real understanding guy who wants to hear your concerns and go out of his way to alleviate your discomfort.

I am getting real tired of the ones who think they can just slap a LED bulb in any housing. I got flashed by a tailgater this morning after I flashed him with my LED cargo lights. If he had jumped in front of me he would have gotten hit with 72" of double row LEDs.
