These tires look great on your truck. Can you tell me what they are? Looking to swap out the stocks on my 2020 Pro.

They are 285/70r18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They balanced well, aren’t as loud as a true MT, and have been great so far.

Any of you guys run shims on your stock pro? Im going from 5100 middle setting to the TRD Pro Bilsteins (got em cheap) and im only planning on running 33's at most. I dont want to deal with the extra weight, price, mpg, having to re gear or extra wear on the drivetrain if you dont re gear along with being slower, yada yada. im just wondering if 33's will look small with TRD pro suspension with .5 shims (additional 1" of lift). Also note that for some reason the rear of my truck is the same height as guys that have done 1" shackles and yet its completely stock. weird.

I know this is going back a while, wanted to check and ask how you liked 295/70R18 on the pro.

I’m picking up my pro next week and am leaning towards that size of cooper AT3XLTs.
I haven’t seen many other people with that particular size, looks really nice on your truck though

295/70 is the perfect size for the PRO or for anyone with a front leveling system imo....

Ok cool, that’s what I’ve been leaning but I read a couple different posts kicking around 285/75s and others.

that looks fantastic. Fills the wheel well out without having to mod it out crazy.
Just the front mudflap removed and good to go?

Same here! I hated the Michelin’s on my TRD off road. Wicked disappointed that the pro and the off road too comes with such a relatively lame tire.
I ran cooper mud and snows for the winter and reluctantly put the stock ones back on for the summer. They were trash in the snow imo.

It’s funny how some dealers are actually starting to put some decent tires on the PROs now. I couldn’t agree more with you though. Makes a world of difference in looks and performance getting rid of the junk stock Michelins and putting some larger meatier tires on.

All of you guys running 295's, any difference in mileage or ride? Anyone have a side view to see how far outside the wheel well they sit?

A TRD Sport would be color matched on the bumper. I do not think you could get a moonroof on any but the Limited, Platinum, 1794 or TRD Pro.

I have a 2.5 lift on mine and I wanted 35 on them. Went to discount tires and asked around. They told me it wouldnt rub but they did in the front, I went to an off-road toyota specialist and they told me it could cost me over a grand for them to grind it down and trim it. I said fck that went to walmart brought a heatgun and did it myself. Costed me only 10 dollars and 30mins

Did you remove both flaps because of rubbing or esthetics?

I removed the mud flap behind the front tire for esthetics when I first purchased the truck. The air dam in front of the tire I removed because there was some rubbing.

Wondering how those 295/70/18s worked out on your TRD Pro. I can't decide between the 285s and 295s, pretty much only want to remove mudflap. Rubbing? What about when compressed? Thanks!

Love them! Glad I went with 295. I had to remove the front most mudflap (two bolts on each) and have had no other rubbing issues since, on or off road (even when stuffing them up into the wheel well pretty good!
