I'll be heading up to Colorado in the next few months with my travel trailer (7800 lbs.). Is there anything that can be done for somewhat inexpensive to increase horsepower and torque? I was thinking possibly supercharger or something along those lines? Is there a less expensive route?

Aside from a supercharger, long tube headers and custom exhaust along with a tune would be the best. A plug-in tuner helps a little, but isn’t going to give you a huge gain. Re-gearing the differential especially if you’re running oversized tires will definitely help. Cold air intakes and the like don’t really do much.
