I just put that Red Noico 150 on top of some Noico 80 on my back wall. That stuff is awesome, and a box of it goes a long way.

Sorry I was referring to the back wall of the cab. for the doors I just did the inside wall with a layer of 80 where I could get my roller and then measured and cut the 150 to fit on top and just pressed it down by hand. The back of the foam is sticky and I just pushed it down flat with my hand on top of the 80. For the inside panel I just did a layer of 80 over the whole door, under the part the interior panel goes over. Doors are solid now and damn heavy. I still need to do the floor and then the roof but those are weekend projects that I'll eventually get around to...

FWIW - a good shear and some gloves will make your life better during the install. I can't believe how many little cuts I got when installing and I work with sheet metal everyday...

Checkout the tundra installs on YouTube under Rob *********. Very detailed install of sound proofing. Might give you some tips and tricks to make things easier. I've got the noico sitting in storage on standby.

Yes I got a leather cutting wheel that will be used to slice through this. Also got good gloves for the job.

Ok Installed rear doors for now. Took 4 hours to do it right. Day and night difference! Next front doors. Saving for next weekend.

After that rear seat and follow up with a 70% front window ceramic tint. This should keep car from heating up in the sun.

Not sure if I need to do the headliner. But might consider it. We shall see

    Great results so far!

Post up some "What I learned installing" info when you're finished. I have the products just need the time and a decent temperature to install.

Well just on rear doors my hands are torn up.
I wore gloves and used a roller.

You don't need to plaster the whole outside skin of the door too much.
Just where the holes are and where metal is thin.
The way this material works is to stop the reverberation from resinating.

I used 4 sheets of KillerMat 50mil on inside of the door and 4 on the outside with only 2 sheets of the Noico 150mil per inside of the door.
Left over material will be applied to all doors.
Starting carefully. I don't want to over use the material. Most videos on youtube over do it with skinning the whole door. My take on that is that it is not how sound deadening works.

Use tapping the metal technic. Tap and listen if it sounds dull your ok if it gives out hollow metallic drum sound cover it.

Over all I am pleased. Also my stereo sounds so much better. I have an upgraded system with OEM head unit. You can see it here ( https://www.tundras.com/threads/2017-tundra-sr5-sound-system-upgrade-proposed.21657/page-3 )

Pictures are coming soon. Next weekend front doors.

Most likely I will purchase more material for roof. Not sure if I need rear seat done.
