I am interested in knowing the local companies in Denver and beyond the metro area that specialize in Toyota vehicles, and other good shops that are not specifically related to Toyota. Whether it be mechanical, suspension related, tuning, custom fab shops (body and paint), interior/audio, and any all-in-all shops that may offer some or all of the above (including dealerships)

    I have experience with these:

    Stevenson Toyota
Mountain States Toyota (Sonic Automotive Dealership)
    Groove Toyota
Certified Toyota techs welcome to chime in...

    Toytec
    RSG Off Road

    Car Toys
    Quality Auto Sound

Golden Coach Works (paint and body)

Can we make a list of companies in the area that forum members know of, have good or bad experience with, would recommend, and above all have good people working for them. The list can be any company that has some sort of specialization in vehicle modifications, and shops that do it all.

My personal needs consist of: .... looking for THE BEST

    Paint and custom fab (bodywork)
    Vehicle wraps/clear exterior protection
Customizing a suspension ... a little bit more of just an install :)
    Mechanical (engine part installation)
Mechanical custom (tuning, possibly a dyno)

Thanks to all the Colorado members that contribute to this

After installing my fox coilovers, I took my truck to toytec for an alignment. I posted the alignment numbers and members on here said it was one of the best alignments they have ever seen.

They did quite a bit of work to my old 95 4Runner. Quality work at a reasonable price. Toyota specific shop.

CarToys (Boulder) Don’t ever let them touch your truck. Seriously, I can’t believe my truck didn’t burn down.

To OP: What was your experience with Golden coach works? Need frame work.

Unfortunately, I put my ‘06 into a snow bank with a boulder and it took a solid shot to passenger cab frame. I don’t know true extent of damage, as this happened yesterday. But want to take it to a solid shop.

My ‘06 is in great shape with 83k, and want to save if I can, that engine has a lot of life left.

Anyone else have a recommendation, I am all ears. Located in Denver.

Who would you guys recommend taking my truck to for a dual battery setup/install?

    juniper overland? Slee off-road?

checked out off grid engineering but they don’t do anything for the tundra currently.
    Thanks!

I'm sure Slee is nice but they seem super expensive.

I also got a fantastic alignment @Toytec Lifts . It wasn't cheap either but they corrected the set up on my SPC UCAs and my truck drives great. They went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back there.

It’s really nothing more than connecting a 2 gauge wire from battery 1 positive to battery 2 positive, throwing a 100A fuse somewhere along that wire, then grounding the new battery.

Also, I guess this as good a place as any to put this. After buying my Tundra I will be looking to turn the old 2001 lx470 into an overland camping rig (blank canvas right now). A few of the above mentioned shops look like great starts. Looking for other local companies to help turn the old boat into my offroad adventure dream vehicle. Thanks!

Anyone know anything about 5250performance in Loveland?

Thinking about them to install and tune a whipple supercharger on the truck. The owner reached back out to me via voice-mail and seems pretty solid. Their website and builds look pretty legit, and also an authorized whipple retailer and installer.

As soon as my TRD replacement system gets in from Keith I plan on getting them to install and go over the supercharger install as well as see what they can do regarding tuning with OVtuning
