The weather strip is self adhesive, I think I got it at Advance. Adhesive is GO2 Gel, homie D. The sheet rubber was some scrap from work. 1/16 thick. I have some 1/8 neoprene for when I sound dampen my doors, if there's any leftover I'll probably take the old off and replace.

where are you located? Just curious where you snagged that deal....

around the Dallas area, there are several places, but they are all owned by the same people! Seems like they are creating a monopoly on the ARE caps....

Look at Century. Sister company to ARE and thousands cheaper.

Century Royal is the same as the Z series.

Century is owned by Leer not ARE.

I have had both and actually think the Century that I have is more heavy duty than the LEER in the DCU series at least.

I paid $100 for this ARE too and even got the Long Bed version and an obvious perfect color match too!

    How Lucky is that!

I was quoted $2473 plus tax for an ARE Z Series with carpeted roof, crank-out side windows, and a sliding front window by a dealer in Concord, NC
