    Bump. Let's get these made!

Hey @SCSPerformance , how's the response from the Sequoia/Land Cruiser crowd? Can we get a combined 25 buyers with them?

To be honest, we have not surveyed any of the Sequoia/LC crowd so that's an unknown at this point.

Darn. I picked up some new wheels just a few weeks ago. Had I seen this thread, I would have held out a bit longer because this wheel is 75% exactly what I'd been looking for, but unable to find.

Still, I'm chiming in to add to the chorus: 17", hub centric, +25 (or more) offset and I'd get some for sure.

In fact my very first thought when I saw this was "if you've got to make an entirely new mold, and it's being specifically driven-by and for the Tundra market, then why in the world would you NOT make it 17"? Honestly, I think the only reason more people don't ask for them is because they don't know it's even a possibility outside of the second-hand rock warrior option. (Which are something like +60, btw.) .

AFAIK, Method 313s are the only other game in town. They're not a bad option - especially since they're essentially 5-spoked as well - but the dealers will flat out tell customers that they won't fit. Plus, they look (at least visually) to be kind of a fragile for truck use and are even labeled as being for "street" versus "trail."

There are PLENTY of too-big-diameter, gawdy wheels out there for the pimped-out street truck crowd, but very few understated, tasteful, robust-looking options for the practicality-minded crowd . Especially that look like they were made for a 5-lug vehicle. Eliminate the (also gawdy) fake bead-lock detailing and I don't think there are any. For us in the later group, the more of your overall wheel that's comprised of sidewall insread of rim, the better it is.

I’m already on there, as much as I want to fill the list, I only need one set.

The kids actually tried to convince my wife that a set of F5’s would look good on her Sequoia with a small lift, pretty sure that’s not going to happen.

I'd buy a set in 17x8 ET 40-50ish... but that's not likely to be a popular fitment since everybody seems to want crazy ridiculous poke :D

@SCSPerformance forget the deposit I’ll pay upfront for 17s or 18s preferably 17s and with everyone’s deposit we can make this happen soon before I buy methods

Vin @SCSPerformance - If there’s a waiting list please add me to it and I’ll throw down the down deposit. DM me. 17’s preferred for the tire options I like, but would settle for 18’s.
I picked up a set of (5) 17” F5’s from ya at your Oaktown warehouse about a year ago for my Tacoma. Loved those wheels. They’d look killer on the Tundra! I’m glad I found this thread. Crossing my fingers this happens!

My sister's the one with the tundra but she's very interested in these and would get them in matte jet black if they were in the 18x9. Can you add me to the list, please?

If we do it, it will most likely be a 18x9 +25mm size. Given how little interest there is, it makes it tough for us to follow through and invest into a new mold.

    Thanks!

    Any new interest, anyone?
Any of those interested in the 17's willing to go for 18's since that seems to be the most likely that they would actually make?
