    Hello fellow folks!

In my lack of patience, after completing my interior LED change over, I went and began work on my rear license plat. (freezing rain and night time) So while I should have been under the truck to do it, I just reached in and under and changed the light.

When I went to reattach/reinsert the LED light fell into the housing and now my fingers can't fish it back out.

How can I remove the entire housing, or any nifty tricks I should try to fish her back out.
I tried a search but maybe I've been using the wrong search terms or in my frustrated current state I just fall upon the right post.

Any help would be welcomed with forever love.

    Thanks!!

i think there are just a pair of clips that you pinch then the housing pops out.

Located down in behind where I would have twisted out the light itself? or should I look closer from the outside?

And I believe you can remove the entire housing by pinching the ends... I think.

I'll have to check in the morning about pinching it out - the tape trick didn't work for me. I tried something similar lol.

    Even tried swearing at it.

Yes, inside the bumper. The housing that the light clocks into should have a clip at the front and back that you pinch and it pushes out from the back side I believe

Got it fixed up within minutes this morning. Thanks for the tip on how to remove the housing.

    This place is the best.
