It is a 2009 17’ Casita freedom Deluxe, they have several different floor planes. It only weighs around 3,000 pounds and the Tundra does not even know it’s there. No leaks as it is 2 shells joined on the sides. I have added a 3” lift to the truck and trailer since the photo, and added 15” wheels and tires to the trailer. The Trailers are only sold from the factory, bought mine used. They hold their value extremely well, they sell used for almost what they cost new, like Tundras

I am def liking the casita a bit more now. It’s light and has all the essentials. Would love to see that lift on it if possible.

A new model for this year. Looks pretty sweet with outdoor kitchen.

It's a shame what happened to Moby1. Some of the former Moby1 employees got trailer building into their blood and couldn't let it go. They created VORSHEER Off-Road Trailers. They have low deposits and build times as quick as 3 weeks. It's a completely different company with lots of good reviews: Google Reviews

We have a hybrid Commander/Recon from TeardropsNW. Tire and wheel match the truck. Tows like its not there. Family of 4, 2 boys, we spend most of the time outdoors so its like a big fancy tent. Great base camp you can drop and cruise around. 2nd pic its not hooked up.

    We need more awesomeness.
I haven't picked one up yet but it's still in the plans.

I've also looked at Oregon Trail'rs from videos from Overland Expo West.

I'll just leave this here. Still need to hook one up to my tundra when I get a free weekend. Trying to plan something down in southern Utah as soon as it warms up just a hair. Either that or we just take full advantage of heavy coats and the built in heater. www.beantrailer.com

A few years ago my girlfriend and I built this little teardrop in a week or so and towed it all over the place. We want to build a bigger/better one in the future, but we loved it! I don't know if there's as many benefits with a Tundra since the Tundra is so huge compared to a teardrop, but for camping and wheeling I think they're awesome and way cooler than roof top tents.

Nicely done. You won't be crying with the money you got into that set up. If your going to spend loads of money on travel trailer do it right.
