Stop me if you’ve heard this before....I’m a recovering Ford addict and a first time Toyota owner. Whew, feels good to get that off my chest.

Seven days ago was the final straw with my 2016 F-150. Notified the wife I’d be sleeping on the couch for the foreseeable future and stopped at a local Toyota dealership after work. I was hoping they had a 2019 or 2020 SR5, but secretly wanted to look at one of their remaining 2019 TRD PROs. I’d already watched a few vids on YT with the new Army Green and when I saw it there I knew I was a dead man walking. Dealership gave me the deal I wanted (still laughing actually) and the rest is history. My key still worked in the door when I got home, so all is good.

Love the truck so far. Not sure about the exhaust yet, but coming around to it. Still working on the initial mods and will post those in the appropriate forum. I’m not an off-roader, but do forest service roads occasionally with our trailer. The suspension is spectacular on the crappy roads and the giant speed-humps. Figuring the suspension alone will extend the life of the brakes by a good 10,000 miles....No need to slow down anymore. Plus it’s fun to watch the wife tense up and the kids scream with delight.

And is the secret why this motor is known as a gas-a-holic because you cannot keep your foot out of the throttle?

Anyway, glad to be here. Not sure I’ll contribute much but will be searching and learning as much as possible.

    Hey there from Virginia!:mudding:
Yes, it is very difficult to keep your foot off the throttle (especially with a supercharger).

Welcome from East TN and congrats on the truck! Where are the pics? To each their own but if I got a PRO, the only thing I would change would be putting in a TRD air filter and step bars if it didn't come with any. Those PRO's are damn near perfect from the factory. YOU DUN GOOD!!!!!!
