The britemax wax is a $45 discontinued item of course but it does have good reviews. Easy on and easy off as its a carnauba polymer mix. Gloss and depth have great positive comments as well as 3-4 months of durability. sounds great for an easy to use paste wax. I will definitely try it out on a few vehicles next spring and possibly on my brother Chevy in the next few weeks over some hydro2.
I am really looking forward to using my G9, I took it out to check it out and it feels really solid and balanced and wasn't too loud.

Did you get the extreme essence polish? I might look into getting some.

Here are a few things I bought recently.

Buff detail MF towels on Amazon (really like these and great price)
    Carpro DLux
    LC 3" backing plate
Griots 3" orange and black pads
    Griots glass clay

Yup I have a 250ml bottle that is running low and AG has the 1 liter in their clearance section seemingly permanently for $55, then I got 25% off that. The essence extreme gloss enhancer polish is really good IMO. It's a really easy to use polish with a long working time and low dusting. It has sio2 in it so it came be used as a stand alone layer of protection that should last a few months. With a really soft pad this stuff adds crazy gloss, basically can be used for jeweling yoir paint. And it is also safe to use as a primer for CQuartz which is really cool. You can go from polishing right into applying your ceramic without a time consuming IPA wipe down. If you can't tell, it is my go to / favorite polish.
When you order, make sure you don't order essence+ plus. That is a totally different polish that is meant to polish over CQuartz but not strip it from your paint. They really should change the name of one or the other to avoid confusion. I would probably get a small bottle of essence plus if I coat my truck with CQ, it's a cool product for ceramic maintenance and repair, its non abrasive so not useful unless you have damage to a CQ coating

I have some of those Buff brand MF towels and they are some of my favorite towels, mine look a little different than yours but same brand. I use them for everything and they have held up great for a couple years.

Getting close to winter here so I am stocking up within the next month.

I wash my truck 2-3 times a week sometimes so I go through some stuff in the summer.

Making my list and checking it twice

I finally ordered a Master Blaster to use forced hot air to eliminate water spots after I wash my vehicles. Water always seems to drip from areas like the mirrors after I dry off the vehicle. Looking forward to putting it to good use!

I’ve looked at those quite a bit. Maybe I should’ve gone that route instead of the CR Spotless. That thing gets expensive.
I’ve heard great things about the Master Blaster. Let us know what you think.

I bought it from Amazon cheaper than I could through my typical detail places. I also have a two stage spotless water system. It’s nice to dry off the car thoroughly then go straight to clay bar, wax or paint sealant. I’ll keep you posted on how it performs.

Just incase anyone needs lake country pads they are 20% off now.

Thinking of getting one myself. Maybe I can talk myself into this instead of a CR spotless cuz I havent been able to justify that cost yet.

I’ll let you know how it works out. I’ll probably use it this weekend. The unit I got sells for around $400 but they do make smaller units.

I used the Master Blaster air blower today while detailing my sons mini. It’s amazing how fast and efficient it is. I used it around the grille, wheels, trim, the tires, mirrors and everything else. I was able to eliminate any water spots. I’m definitely happy with it!

I'm considering the master blaster sidekick to do the same thing. The water that gets trapped around the hood, windows, and my bedliner...

I am gonna start my master blaster/ dryer research, I'll keep you posted @Bust, and I have not forgot your Essence, just been busy and whatnot. I have a bottle now so I'll get it to you by next weekend hopefully.

I have tried using my backpack leaf blower to dry as well as an 18v cordless blower which actually blows a lot of air. But neither has worked great and many people say a gas blower can cause problems on paint. I think the heated air is the key to these things, as well has the very focused stream of high pressure air

I’ve taken a liking to this.
I use it in combination with sanding discs and buffing pads to do professional headlight restoration.
