I have one and it does. Comes with plastic hold downs that you drill out. Not the best system but you really don’t need them. Easy in and out. I take it out for dump runs.

no absolutely not, I just purchased both. i have a port installed spray liner, and i installed a toyota brand drop in plastic bed liner and was going to put the tundra bed mat on top on the bed liner but the problem the bedliner doesnt go to the walls of the bed so the mat wont sit right at all, trust me I just did all this yesterday I can even show you pics, sorry OP not trying to kill your sale but rather be helpful with info.

 

They conflict w each other, just like when you check the install instructions for the bed lights it was tell you it conflicts w the drop in liner

lmao, im very ocd, and my job requires loading in heavy metal scrap in the bed so if I dont do the drop in liner the spray in gets all cut up w the sharp metal, this bed mat is PERFECT for a tundra owner that doesnt have a spray liner, its almost a must, that way you can drop heavy stuff over the floor pan and not dent it.
