Hey all. I am having my truck leveled today with Bilstein 6112's set at 1.9" on the front. Rear will remain stock (for now). For those that have had the same level done, can you tell me if you had to adjust your headlights down to not blind other drivers? If so, what setting?

If it makes a difference, I have a 2019 CM TRD Sport 4x4.

    Thanks.

Oem tonneau, side steps, spray in liner. Trd skidplate.
Try the headlight adjusting switch, just move the dial.

Just check the height on garage door before installing levelling kit. Note the height then use the levelling adjustments on back of headlight to duplicate. This way you will retain the full adjustment on the dash levelling dial.

Mine is still well within the level adjuster on the dash, it went down a couple notches but still have a few more notches to lower it if I needed to because of weight in the bed.

Since I didn’t take any measurements before the level I just dropped it about 1.5 on the dial as a best guess.

How do you know how many inches off the ground you should be? I felt mine were a little bit low so I put them higher. Black tape is around 48” (4ft) somewhere their and felt that was way too high

There's a little dot in the lens of you're headlight that you need to measure to. In you're picture if all 4 wheels are on the driveway and it's a constant slope take that measurement and transfer it to your garage door and have the cutoff be about 2" below that mark. I personally keep it slightly lower, like 3 inches lower with the truck 25 feet back to make sure I don't blind people. IIRC my truck is around 42-43" to this dot so I go to ~40" with the light cutoff.

I run a 3 inch lift and set my dial at 3 and a half and I run led headlights and fogs. I don't have any issues with oncoming traffic.

No problem. It's used to aim your lights down when hauling heavy loads. Park facing a wall and move it up or down and you can see how much the light moves. It works great when some dumbass cuts in front of you and doesn't have tinted windows.
