That's good to hear. Definitely helps! I ended up buying the bumper spacer (1/2 inch) from Boss 4x4s and put those on to extend the bumper out for clearance. It appears my issue is going to be slightly more exaggerated than your setup because I have 18x9.5s and 12mm offset. Boss 4x4s included a pre-cut BMC plate with the bumper spacer. They even included detailed instructions for completing the BMC. I know a guy who welds and he offered to let me bring the truck by and help complete it for free. Saves me $400 that the local shop wants to charge to complete it.

Yea I’ve got a bumper spacer kit from Coachbuilder it’s pushed out 1” and I was still rubbing the front. I see your set up is more aggressive and might have more issues. But heck if you’ve got the part and have help, I’d say get that bmc done for piece of mind. Eventually I’m aiming to get a higher clearance front bumper because one day id like to run a 35x12.5. It’s surprising how the 35x12.5 looks so much bigger than my 295.

Yeah, I agree the 35s look bigger than the 295/70s, but I think I'm going to stick with them for the foreseeable future. I'm really focusing on longevity with this truck and I'm comfortable with the compromise on the 295/70s being about 3/4-1" narrower and easier on the wheel bearings. With the 12mm offset and 9.5 inch wide rim, I feel I'm already pushing it lol.

I know what you mean about longevity, mine is for travel and fun wherever we go. Around home I’ll run 38psi but usually when we load up and travel I’ll do 40-42psi. Even at 38 it’s very firm ride.

    Not sure at this point.
You may have a bit of rubbing on the mud flaps and fog light cover.

TY. Got tire size from same truck as mine I saw in parking lot at work, liked the way it looked. Having said that, what is largest tire size can i go with that I wont have any rubbing/clearance issues?

TY. Reviewed that, talked to local tire shop/garage I use. Going with 275-70/18's, Falken Wildpeak. Will post Before/After pics when done.
