Has anyone out there received a notice from Toyota regarding failed secondary air injection pump or injection valve?
Toyota said they sent out a notice to ALL TUNDRA owners through their Customer Support Program extending the warranty to 10 years or 150,000 miles...
I never received one and I am the original owner of this vehicle. I have had problems with 3 check engine lights for over a year and a half or more but now that I am 10 months outside of warranty the problem has been correctly diagnosed.

You are less than 150K but past 10 years. Most 08's are past 150K before 10 years. You might be sh*t out of luck. Call your dealer to verify.

During routine maintenance (oil changes etc..) it was brought to the attention of the service advisor regarding the three check engine lights.
Also everytime I took it in I requested that any and all recalls or campaigns be addressed and fixed.
Toyota customer service stated that a service bulletin was mailed out to All TUNDRA owners?
    I never got one..
Also on our 2009 Camry we had a oil consumption problem and a sticky melting dash.. they said a notice was also mailed out??? The Camry engine rings were replaced and the dash but only because we googled it and found out there was a campaign on both problems and got it in before the expiration.
It took over a year to get the dash taken care of.
I have owned many...Toyota's since 1978 and starting to doubt their reputation.

Have you ever signed in to Toyota's "My Toyota Owners.com" site?

I bought it new at the end of 2008
And lived at the same address for almost 40 years
I receive service ads from Toyota Motor Sales telling me the specials from five surrounding Toyota dealers.. but for some strange reason no service campaign bulletins. I'm trying to find out if anyone Tundra owners have received such a bulletin.

I got the letter about the extended warranty. I'm guessing at maybe 2 years ago for my 07. After seeing your response here I'd definitely go to your dealer and if a negative reply...push it up to Corporate level. Did you keep any service docs to back up your requests?

    Service docs in glove box
    Already speaking to Corp. Level
They are the ones that told me that a campaign bulletin was mailed out... I spoke with some local friends who own Toyotas and they haven't received any such notices on both the Tundra issue or the Camry issue so I'm trying reach out on forums

Well Toyota Corporate said they mailed notices out regarding the secondary air pump problem however the dealers I spoke with said it was customer support program and no notices were ever mailed out. Again it appears Toyota concealed yet another problem "don't ask don't tell". Corporate said they would research and call me back... Several weeks and still no call. I'm going to fix the problem at the cost of a couple thousand and trade it off. Sad that 41 years of owning a Toyota has to end this way. Ive been referring people to Toyota brand for years... However in the last month I've turned 3 people away.. Two went to Ford and bought and one went to Subaru. "Oh what a feeling". Gone
