    Very doubtful plug n play.....

Most ditch stock and install aftermarket.

I'd love to be able to do that! Would be good to hear from a tech person how hard it would be. The inputs would be GPS antennae, backup camera, and steering wheel controls...anything else? I went from a 2017 Taco to a 2013 Tundra, and am hating the caveman tech. Backup camera sucks, no text info, satellite radio is so primitive its painful...there are good aftermarket solutions, but stock Toy is pretty good too.

Nav from a 2nd gen isn't plug and play into a non-nav 2nd gen, there's 0 chance a newer unit would work. And it would require a lot of customization to get it installed. Just go aftermarket, it's way easier and probably cheaper in the long run.

I've been looking at Kenwood units on Crutchfield. Some good kits there, complete installation materials all included. Still trying to decide what I want to do.

Not to mention everyone complains about Toyota's way of making you use the headunit. No Android Auto or Apple Car Play from the 3rd gen's Entune software.

Anyone familiar with the 2019 sequoia head unit and backup camera system? Videos I've seen seem to show a much clearer screen. Does the camera have the orientation lines etc? Better nav software? Handle texts? Might be a good swap into a 2nd gen Tundra if you want to stay stock....
