Can I reprogram my door locks myself?

I did a few searches and came up empty. Is there a way to #1 disable the 12mph door locks myself? and #2 make all the doors unlock when I shut the truck off instead of just the drivers door?
It is a huge pain and I hate both of those setting. I have read that it is a dealer only procedure which is where I will go next. Just thought I would check here first.

The unlock all the doors is easy go into your general settings in your audio head unit, and look for vehicles settings you will find it there, the other I do not know about.

I'm hoping I can kill the seat belt warning because my Lab rides shotgun and makes the chime go off unless I buckle the belt behind him. That and a few other things.

 

+1 on carista did all these things and still works great even after I canceled the free 30 day trial.

 

I believe you can get a seat chime stop like this. Not sure if this one would do it or not.
