hey guys i got some potentially good news today for the offroad crowd. was at nola motorsports today for motor fest and noticed what looked like an offroad track with a few lifted miatas (yes you are reading that right) making some runs. so i wondered on over to check it out. turns out there is a guy putting this together for the offroad crowd (motocross, side by sides, trucks ect...). he just got the first part done yesterday, its a .9 mile section with a few jumps and what. he said eventually it will be up to 10 miles. it looks more than wide enough for our trucks. he hasnt figured out pricing or rentals yet but is working with nola mototsports to get that info.
hopefully he gets me the pricing and maybe we can get a local group to go out there to make some runs. a raptor owner walked up behind me and was very interested as well so hopefully he makes it high speed truck friendly
ill keep this thread updated as i learn more info. or if anyone knows more please chime in. would be great if this came to fruition and was reasonably priced

Hey, been wanting to find out, I had some boudin balls a while back.

These were amazingly good, had pepper jack stuffed in the middle. All I know is it came from some place in Lafayette. Any idea where I could score some?

    Just Starting
New guy to the forum here from LA. Just bought a "new" 2015 Tundra SR5 double cab 4 x 4. Been driving a Chevy since I was 15! So far I like it except the ugly ass gangsta chrome 20" rims! Haha! I'm a big outdoorsman so I already ordered some 17" Icon Rebounds in Titanium and some Bilstein 5100s. Just thought I'd give a shout to you guys, I live in Madisonville. Haven'e been on forums in a while but before I bought my truck when I'd research something on the internet for Tundras it always sent me here. Pretty good site.

Alright fellas, I finally heard back for te guys over at nola motorsports about the offroad course. The will have two open dates for cars and trucks to run, nov 24th and dec 15th. The December date will also be cars and coffee, open drifting and a toys for tots drive.
Troy, the course operator, wants a big turn out so he can get the backing he needs from nola motorsports to make this a permanent part of the park.
I figure there are enough local/semi local guys that are looking for something like this that we should be able to get a good representation out there. Plus we have to show the raptor guys what's up.
Anyway if anyone is interested in either of those dates let's try and get a group together

Surprised I'm just finding this thread. Southwest LA (Lake Charles area) guy here. getting meets together would be good. Just did a gumbo this weekend getting ready for the cold (85 degrees outside lol). Wave if you see me, I wave at all Tundras....even the slower white ones ;)

I'm down to show up. Can possibly get my buddy with his LT truck to show up. Depends on what the course offers.

That’s pretty sweet looking. I got a 2018 cement sr5 4x4 crewmax with 20” ultra motorsports wheels. Just leveled but with the funky weather here lately I can’t keep it clean enough to get some good pics. These are before the lift.

Very nice. Yea them trucks on 311 put dirt everywhere and the moment I drive on the roads it’s covered again.

I ceramic coated mine so clean up is a breeze though.
