2004 DC 2 Issues

I bought her used. No issues what so ever. Now I did not get a key fob but when I used the key to lock the door I would get a beep. Now the beep is gone. Doors still lock though just no beep.

At the same time I lost the beep I now no longer can get my rear window to go down. I heard a click click sound when I push the button but it stays still.

Any comments or suggestions.
