Will a 0 offset wheel cause any issues on a 2nd gen w/ no lift/leveling, using 275/65/R18 tires? My truck came with fender flares, but OEM wheels w/ the 60mm offset. I don’t like the recessed look, and I wanted black wheels anyway, so while I’m at it, I want to widen the stance 2” or so per wheel to get them flush (or close to it) with the flares.

I’m looking at some Dirty Life 18x9 5x150 0mm offset from Custom Wheel Outlet. They’re $150 per wheel shipped. I don’t want to spend much more than $600-$700. Any others in that price range I should look at?

    Thanks in advance!

If you are staying with the stock size, you will probably be close. Sorry I'm not much help on this

I run a 0 offset and it will put you flush with the edge of the flares. I was originally running a 275/70/18 on the 0 offset but I also had a front leveling kit. Now I run 285/70's with a Readylift 3/2.

Maybe I’ll get away with removing the mud flaps and minor trimming with the 275/65s.

BTW, I’m normally not a big fan of red, but that is a nice looking truck you got!

    I think I’ve settled on these: https://www.extremecustoms.com/product.php?item_id=83502&c-vid=168002

Did some measurements on the current tires with the steering wheel turned all the way to each side, and it’s going to be close. Will probably have to remove the mud flap and possibly do some cutting. If it’s bad, I’ll just go with a leveling kit. Any kits you guys recommend? The same website sells a Rough Country 2.5”-3” leveling kit. Is that a good option?

Ended up going with an 18x9 12mm offset wheel, which brought the stance out almost 2”. Huge improvement in appearance. The tires sit nearly flush with the fender flares. The black rims looks so much better than the OEM wheels. And most importantly, no rubbing!

The wheels are Ultra 203SB Hunter, and the shoes are Kelly Edge AT 275/65/18s. Next set of tires I’ll probably get some 5100s to level the truck out and go with a larger diameter, but for now this was all the accountant would let me spend.
