Sweet mother of God do those tacos look amazing. Next time you come by I gotta make you cook lol.
I love mahi mahi, or as we called it growing up dolphin. My parents lived in Jupiter Florida before I was born and we used to go back and visit now and then. I loved going fishing for those, we would catch sailfish, bonita, and dolphin. The dolphin is by far my favorite fish to eat, followed by tuna and swordfish. Those little mahi nuggets look better than anything I have had though Jose, you have my stomach rumbling and mouth drooling right now.

It is delicious, easy, cheap, and goes well with beer lol. I suppose we should stick to what works. When I finally make it to CO with my little girl, I will put in a request for these fish tacos though.
