It will fit, it’s just a matter of having to relocate the sensor or not. What year Pro Grill are you looking to buy?

I have a 17 Limited and it fits like a glove. Does it have to do with the TSS?

Then I’d look into ‘18-‘20 Pro grill. Those years have the TSS sensor your truck has, so you will not need to purchase the relocation bracket.

I have a 2018 with the TSS radar and I have used the 2014-2017 Pro grill and also the 2019+ Pro grill.
I have pics of them on my build thread.

I will also be selling my TSS relocation brackets if you’re interested

Just checked out your build thread. Truck looks great. I have the ‘17 Pro grille sitting in the box, waiting on Jomax bracket. I haven’t even installed it yet and I’m already reconsidering going with the ‘19 grille. Did you have any issues with the Jomax bracket?

No issues. The Jomax bracket worked the best out of the 3 I tried. I still got the ‘radar unavailable’ periodically with it, maybe once or twice a month.
So far, I have not had the radar go offline with the 2019 TRD Pro grill, but it’s only been on for 5 days, so time will tell.
I need to get in to the dealer for the recall also. That might help.

Where did you end up getting the garnish for the ‘19 and how much did you pay? Will Toyota still work on anything sensor related if we put on the ‘19 grille?

I bought the grill and garnish from Sparks. I went with the OEM garnish, even though it’s expensive and there are cheaper options, I don’t want the dealer trying to claim that it was causing any problems.
Not sure what Toyota’s stance will be in things down the road but for now I think they are still doing the recall / software update for the radar sensor.

I’ve had the ‘19 TRD Pro grill on my ‘18 limited for almost a year now with the garnish. I’ve never had any issues with the sensor and also took it in for the recall and the dealership didn’t say anything to me about it.

I bought everything from Sparks (grill, surround, and garnish) Costly, but all warranted and no headaches.

The ‘19 Pro grille was made with TSS in mind so I wouldn’t think you’d have any issues. There are lots of threads on here discussing the same thing. Search for “grille” and “TSS” or some variation thereof. Good luck.

(FWIW, I’ve seen the price of the ‘15-‘17 Pro grilles come way down lately. Sparks definitely isn’t the only game in town either. Toyota of Cool Springs has been awesome to work with IMO.)

I got the sensor recall done on Tuesday, I've had it go unnavailable "clean sensor" twice since then.. Heavy rain the first time, and the 2nd only disabled for a short time... gonna give it a another week and see if it continues..
