@Fspmdt not that I can tell, they did have 4 pieces of 3m tape around the sensor hole. It made getting the white clip back on a little tight but it doesn't have noticable dimple that I can tell

 

any chance you could shoot me another copy of installation instructions? my wife threw out the box and i haven't seen a video yet!

 

@EC1, disregard. i just went for it, did ok but had to do some additional trimming on the lower back portion as my bumper is cut as well. the only issue i had was with the passenger side, the hole for the sensor was off by a bit and had to trim one side. after trimming, the whole on one side you could clearly see the chrome/space. focused on lining up the side with double sided sticky tape to ensure chrome wasn't showing there but the passenger side hole was only an issue there.

 

How much are they with the forum discount? I have mica bronze no SENSER

@ch51670 driver side was good passenger was a little tight but I was able to get it in by pushing on the cover to line up the holes. Originally the covers didnt divot where the sensors were but now the are a little pulled in where the sensors are

 

I don't want to sound like "that guy", but do you realize what this thread is about?

 

His are color matched in a color that is currently not available from the vendor.

I want to know if he had his factory ones painted, bought the paintable abs covers and had them painted, or bought color matched ones from another source or dealer.

 

I'm going to bet he got them painted or got them from a dealer. Thanks for clarifying though. I was a little lost and it didn't look like anyone had responded to you.

 

How well do they match to the super white? I tried to pre order the oem color and it was out of stock...

 

I'd like a set of matte blacks for my 2019, if they are still sticking them..

I've emailed them via their website and no response on when colors will be back in stock, they also stopped responding to the requests in this thread. Hopefully the matte comes back in stock at some point.

 

Sorry nobody here has gotten back to you! I probably sound like a broken record, but we are slammed so we're definitely missing some messages I'm not able to spend as much time on the thread as I'd like at this point either, but I'm going to try and hop on the forum during my lunch break to be able to check messages from you guys. @parkerbows @tHondo As far as the matte, we should be getting more of those, and the Gloss White with sensors in about 2 weeks. Those sold out much faster than we had anticipated. We will definitely be getting them back in.

 

TPO is the formulation of the plastic. Most truck body panels are made of ABS plastic, which is what our other covers are made of. ABS is more ridged and provides a great surface for paint. TPO is more flexible and is used in things like UTV fender flares. It's meant to take a beating and still look good.

 

Sorry for not getting back to you fast enough! That said, I think you did pretty amazing for just winging it.

I ordered come cement front and rear with sensor two weeks ago. Any timeline on those?

 

I got the gloss white and ita pretty close it's one of those things is that only the owner notices the difference

Had to make one last effort for my sunset buddies... looks like I’m going vinyl wrapping route.

 

It's typically 2-6 weeks for the painted to match sets. The Cements were just sent to the painter yesterday and painted today. They'll cure over the weekend, and then we can start shipping them out about mid-week after all the polishing is done!
