    Hey there.
    I'm currently located in SoCal but in about 3 years we plan to buy land and build our own home in AZ.

    We are considering both Prescott or Flagstaff. We are open to other locations as well though.

    Just looking for any guidance or suggestions on where to go. We visit every 4-6 months so we want to see different areas. (Camping and offroad included).
