I am looking to add a subwoofer to the stock non jbl with navigation entune unit (2019 crewmax). Does any body have the wiring schematic handy? Specifically looking for the labeling of each pin wire location for the harnesses behind the radio. I just want to make sure I am tapping into the right wires. I like to read up and study before I start taking it apart. Thanks in advance.

You'll want to grab your speaker outputs after the factory amplifier, not behind the stereo. There are multiple T harnesses available if you don't want to compromise the integrity of the factory wiring.

I used these for my 2018. The pin numbers should be right but colors are subject to change...

I don't think I have a factory amplifier - mine is non jbl…..Or should I just tap into the rear door speaker wires and run them that way? I have always thought that tapping at the corresponding wire of the pin location to each speaker output was the way to go.

Non JBL still has a factory amp - look under the passenger seat. The harness that I posted gives you rear speaker outputs, along with ACC and constant 12v (if needed for your amp or LOC).

So this is the wiring schematic for the subwoofer I bought.
    3ACC219F-2861-46A2-9B28-D8978051B845.jpg

Just trying to make sure I am doing this right. I have plugged in the wiring harness and run the wires to the factory amp under the passenger side seat. I bought the taco tunes harness so I will plug that into the factory amp. This is the color code for taco tunes harness.

Green – Left Rear Speaker (+)
Green with Black Stripe – Left Rear Speaker (-)
Purple – Right Rear Speaker (+)
Purple with Black Stripe Right – Rear Speaker (-)
Blue – Accessory / remote turn on
    Yellow-12V constant

So I will connect the speaker wires together from the ********* harness to the Kenwood harness. That’s the easy part. It looks to me like I will connect the blue / white wire from the kenwood to the blue of the ********* harness. Does that complete that connection or do I need it to run to the fuse box or battery?

Finally I will connect the yellow battery wire from the kenwood harness to the positive battery terminal.

    Is that correct?

Here's a quick table for your connections:

    Taco Tunes Harness------Kenwood Harness
    Green---------------------White
    Green w/ Black Stripe----White/Black
    Purple----------------------Gray
    Purple w/ Black Stripe----Gray/Black
    Blue------------------------Blue/White
    Yellow----------------------Not Used (cap off/insulate)
    -----------------------------Yellow - Positive battery terminal
-----------------------------Black - Factory ground under carpet near factory amp

You will want to connect the yellow wire in the Kenwood harness straight to the battery. The blue wire from the Taco Tunes harness is a ACC wire that will allow your Kenwood unit to turn on/off with the key if connected to the unit's blue/white wire.

    Hope this helps!

Thanks so much - that helps a lot and what I was thinking (I confused myself typing it up and overthinking it.....but that’s where my head was). Also, ********* customer service is AWESOME!! Very helpful, patient and answers all questions. Very happy to pay the premium for ease of install and for superb customer service

Ok I have all of the wires run and ready to connect when the harness arrives. The only issue is where is the easiest place to lunch through the firewall to run the battery cable. Just don’t want to screw anything up? Is there an easier spot to run that cable without drilling through the firewall or messing with the rubber grommets too much?

The rubber grommets have a nipple that is meant for this type of wire. It's a pain in the ass to get to, but you can cut open the tip of one and feed the wire through from the kick panel area. Others may have some suggestions to make that easier.

Just finished installing as I received the ********* harness today. I could have spliced into factory harness but felt like the harness was a better way to go if I ever wanted to return it to stock. It certainly doesn’t rattle the windows and shake the truck but I am happy with the added low end punch it provides especially where the factory speakers lack. I will upgrade all speakers to focals as that is what I had in the 4Runner and I was very happy with the sound. A couple pictures below showing the clean install. Don’t even know it’s there as all wires are run under trim and carpet. Again very happy especially at its price point.

im very happy with it. Night and day difference. The wiring took me several hours because I was unsure. At the end most wire colors matched between the harness from Amazon and the harness that came with the amp. I matched from the manuals and the last few based on color
