    G/Day,

Have a couple of questions on the 2017 Tundra 1794 Platinum Edition.

    1. I have upgraded all of the lights to HID/LED including the Headlights & Fogs. I replaced the front blinker lights with headlight revolution switchback lighting system that turns the amber running lights into clear until the blinker switch is used then turns to amber. They do not up as running lights and I'm wondering if this year doesn't use them as running lights since they have the LED strip under the head lights?

    2. My truck came with a painted Tundra emblem on the tailgate and I notice not to many Tundra's have that painted a different color than the actual paint on the truck. Does anyone know if its just a factory option or does it actually mean anything special?

    Welcome aboard!

The 2017 1794 used factory DRL strip, the Switchback is for those that do not have the LED strip in the headlight.

The Tundra emblem on the tailgate comes painted in the same color of the truck from the factory, the different color is an option. (I think is based on the trim level)

Does anyone know if you can wire the blinkers on the 2017 to also be DRL’s?
