A/c barely works on driver side and no a/c on passenger side on 2015 limited crew max.

Can you hear your blower motor behind the glove box?

Probably a blocked cabin air filter. Dont know where that is on a Tundra but likely behind the glovebox, or on the bulkhead in the engine compartment. They need changing a lot more often than most people get around to them I've found.

There could be something obstructing the air flow in the HVAC system...

A-Aron, do you feel any air blowing from the passenger vent, even if it is hot air? How many miles do you have on the clock? I ask because, if you feel hot air coming out of the passenger side, and your Tundra has a lot of miles on the clock, I'm afraid that you probably have an evaporator-coil leak. For some "F'ed" up reason, on Toyotas, when the evap coil gets a leak, you will feel warm or hot air coming out of the passenger vent, while still feeling some cool air out of the driver side vent. In a week or two, you will feel no cool air at all from any vents. This happened to my 4Runner. I took it to 3 different mechanics and all three could not figure it out what the problem was and it really pissed me off. One mechanic even ran die through the system to find any leaks and said he found none. Each mechanic eventually just recharged the system with refrigerant which caused it to work for about two weeks; then right back to hot air out the passenger side and cool out the driver side. Then, no cool at all. FINALLY, I found a little Vietnamese guy near me was supposedly a Toyota genius. In less then 5 minutes, he found the problem: evap-coil leak. He even showed me where the evap "drain" was and the die from the previous mechanic was visible!! Unfortunately, Toyota installs the evap coil behind the dash which means to replace it, you have to completely tear the dash down to the firewall. It cost me $1,200.00 (parts and labor) to have it replaced (I was not ballsy enough to attempt a complete dash to firewall tear-down myself as it is very complicated and tedious- all electronics, wiring harnesses, plumbing, all steering components). Heck, the 4Runner part was only about $100.00 thus, $1,100.00 for labor (I have no idea what a Tundra evap coil is going for). Regardless, I hope that is not the problem with your Tundra, but that is EXACTLY what it sounds like.
