So while towing my travel trailer which I've had a while, and doesn't seem to have any issues, and is well under weight of what the trucks rated for I noticed while in tow/haul mode, The truck shutters slightly while first accelerating! Doesn't ever do it again it's just when I go from stopping to going..
Any thoughts? Or is this normal and have i just never noticed before....
    Thanks

Axle is wrapping, and then your pinion angle changes and you get a little shudder. Just out of curiousity what year. I’m finding 2014+ have weak flexy leaf springs.

2011! With a 6-in lift, 4" blocks in the back! Running 35-in tires! But yeah it doesn't happen when not towing, it just seems when taking off hauling the trailer....
So is that a bad thing? Or normal?

It’s normal for a tundra on blocks to do it.
