These are Toyota parts (the cover and the handle) - same from any dealer. Sparks has the kit that includes the bolt and clip but you can get these from any hardware store.

If you purchase from your local dealer, and they are affiliated with Costco, you get get a coupon to save 15% on the parts.

Yes but what i am asking is if i find one in a 4runner, Sequoia, or Rav4, could i use that in the tundra or does the part have to come from a tundra if you want it used?

Ahh - got it. The handle is from the ‘13 or earlier so should be the same part number as for the sequoia. 4Runner, rav4 er are likely different.

Got you thank you i asked because many times things in junkyards for tundras specifically are harder to find where others are plentiful.

Anyone have tips for the clip for the bottom bolt? Dealer doesn't have it in stock and I'm about to go to the hardware store, but unsure of what kind of clip to look for. I also saw someone else used a RivNut, but now I can't find that post...

It's been a couple of years since I've done mine.

Take the handle with you to your hardware store. You need a bolt that, first and foremost, fits through the hole in the handle. Then get the clip that mates to the bolt. You need to have the A arm cover off and you need to look closely at the underlying condition. So you don't get a bolt that is too long. Also make sure of how the bold head seats to the hole in the handle. May want/need a washer or two.

I found the extruded U nut in the specialty parts in Home Depot. Cost $0.69 or so.
