I installed the new taillights and have turn signals as well as brake lights working, also have backup lights (after blowing the 15A fuse in the engine compt box twice). Only problem is the tail lights do not light for "normal" driving, headlights come on, but no taillights. Anyone who can help? I would have to guess it is a fuse, but where, what locations should I inspect. Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I believe it's in the under dash fuse box. The diagram printed on the box should have a layout indicating one of the 15A fuses as "TAIL". And there is also a 10A one as "STOP" in your CJB under the hood that runs your brake controller.
